Bubbles had a bad few days howling and crying and was only quiet when held. Sometimes she wanted to be put down and would walk in a circle howling. Bubbles had given up and was either in pain or very frightened, it was distressing watching her try to cope with life.

It broke my heart but on Friday I made the decision to let her go and at 4pm she was given peace. Bubbles would have been 7 weeks old today.
This pup stole my heart and at the moment I feel like I will never breed again but I'm sure there will be the patter of tiny paws again.

Dear Nicola

You have been very courageous, and taken what was the best action for poor little Bubbles. In my view it is the bravest action anyone can take for a much-loved pet. Bubbles had a short life, but it was filled with love and care, thanks to you and your actions.

Much love

Thanks everyone for your support.

Bubbles was buried yesterday and I am now starting to feel better. Off at the weekend to buy something to plant in the garden next to her.

Nicolla so sorry to hear your sad news. :-(

I was just reading your other thread as I had previously missed it and the people on here have been just wonderful with their advice and support. :-)

Bubbles is at peace now, bless her. By the sounds of it there is no doubt you made the right decision.

Best Wishes. :-)
