My friend is looking to rescue a GR, she lives in the North East and has only just passed her driving test so not confident to drive too far. She has told me all of the rescues seem to be Southern or in Scotland. Just wondering if anyone on here has any contacts for a Northern rescue. The dog would get a fabulous home, she has rescued greyhounds in the past and they have been very well cared for.
I did find a contact Anne Bryrne Northumbria rescue on the KC but the telephone number is not local, she is going to try calling tomorrow though.
