​Another amazing opportunity to learn more about current research in canine intelligence​ that I had to share! ​

Tomorrow morning at 9:15 AM ET there will be an online free seminar reviewing the work of the Family Dog Project led by THE Dr. Adam Miklosi - who in my opinion is the world leader on all things dog. ​

The Family Dog Project at the Department of Ethology, Eötvös Loránd University (Budapest, Hungary) is the largest and oldest research group with more than two decades of research dedicated to the investigation of the dog-human bond and co-operation. This is the third year they have provided a free seminar to everyone who is interested in their most recent discoveries.

All the presented talks are based on scientific papers published by their authors in 2015. The goal of this seminar is to disseminate the knowledge gained over the last year to a broad audience, not just the scientific community. To this end, the invited speakers have also put in a great effort to present a clear, understandable message which reaches beyond the researchers in this field.

Thank you.  Their research is very interesting.

Were you able to watch any of it?  I was only able to see parts but I enjoyed the ones I could see.  I hope it's available after, still for free.  Would be nice to watch at my leisure and not have to worry about the need to buy groceries etc, which is what interfered today.

Sadly I didn't manage to watch it live, as a very chatty friend called, and then the dogs needed walking and feeding.  However, I've bookmarked the site, and if it doesn't seem to be available in the next few days, I'll contact them and ask if they'll be making it available, and also get on their list for any future similar events so that I can organise to watch.
