Shes a toy breed and shes on day 57
Its her second litter, on her last litter she had 7 puppies all healthy and all survived! We was so suprised, she had 3 girls 4 boys.
On her last litter she gave birth on day 59 but she panted all day 58.
We keep taking her temperature but it is not dropping below 99 celsius, she has all the signs of first stage of dog labor but she hasnt started panting. Shes refusing food, shes drinking alot, she emptied herself yesterday - she had lots of poops and pees, shes licking her vulva and boobs, shes loosing alot of clear dischage ect
She has been like this for 24 hours.
I'm just about to take her for a walk then ill see how she is.

I don't think she is quite in first stage yet, but it shouldn't be long.

All last night she panted! I actually thought she was going to have the puppies but turns out she wasn't. She has rested all day today but the saying 'calm before the storm' might be it.
Her temperature is 37.6 celsius but her back end is bulging very big and you can see and feel they have moved down alot!
I'm hoping tonight is the night. If I was going with the same days she went last time she should have them tomorrow night but I will wait and see. Also she still hasn't eaten! Thankyou, ill keep you updated rubydoo

Just to let you know she hasn't had the puppies yet but she has started panting, not very often though.
I'm almost positive tonight is the night!! So excited
