What do we think about this?  http://puppycontract.rspca.org.uk/webContent/staticImages/Microsites/PuppyContract/Downloads/PuppyContractDownload.pdf

Is it good to standardise things like this?  It looks like a good contract, yes?

I don't agree with the advice that the mother should be up to date on all vaccinations and wormed during pregnancy.  Many reputable breeders decide not to worm during pregnancy and not to vaccinate annually... :( A shame they had to be so prescriptive on certain items as on the whole it looks good.

16 pages! Not many buyers will ever read that (and how many breeders will print it all out, especially for a large litter?) -and too much is stuff that should be detailed in other info, not the actual contract. So much is aimed at the casual couldn't care less BYB (such as the details about whether the parents are purebred, registered, health tested etc) -just the sort of people that won't be bothered. Those that ARE bothered will have better contracts and info in place.

Agree, I have always tried to keep my actual contract to just two sides of A4, and other stuff is information and advice.
