hector my very mad liver n white pointer has taken over cats cardboard box .it was small box from amzon
my cats were having great fun playing in box next thing hector got all his paws in the box then gets him self in to small ball he lye down in box but it burst
hector just turned 8yr but still acts like pup
lucky that cats were not in box at time
thats second cardboard box he taken over

Easy to please eh!

Our dogs love cardboard boxes (big or small), they tend to use them for sleeping in for a short while, then for what appears to be for no reason at all

the boxes get shredded, (oh what a mess! )

He he,  think of the fum they have had though.

Just like kids. More fun with the box than the present that was in it!

i had bought pointers new toys hector and lord hacett killed toys then hector killed boxes
the cats love boxs .hector is very young 8yr !!! lord h is 9yr and acts his age

And FREE too !

It always amuses me when I see dogs 'preferring' the simple things in life.   Like used handcream bottles (top removed) or a knotted tissue rather than an expensive toy.......

An empty pop bottle,kitchen roll holder mine fins very amusing! My children prefer playing drums on saucepans and playing with bubbles in a washing up bowl! You pay for toys they enjoy the boxes lol

My cats have had great fun with a large cardboard box much more fun than they will have with the toys it contained

We were in an outdoor clothing shop at Barnard Castle yesterday and dogs were allowed in. The owner was a dog lover with two labs so understood when Isla started getting bored. She gave her the cardboard shoe innards and Isla had a lovely time tearing them to shreds, we could just leave her to it whilst we tried walking boots on. There was a real old mess at the far end of the tiny shop, but the owner didn't mind at all and enjoyed giving Isla cuddles. Mind you we did buy a pair of expensive walking boots each.
