However without any public disclosures how will people be forewarned?When such disclosers are made public, they can be made as '
statements of fact' to the limits of all & any
evidence based documentation which exists......otherwise they can still be made '
based on personal opinion'..................statements of fact are strong, personal opinion, based on some kind of emperical evidence is challengable & 'weaker'.
Take at look at the vids a google search brings up for Dr Rachel Casey, Bristol uni lecturer, the statement is made as a statement of fact on the basis a PDF of minits of a meeting exists ------if the same allegation were made as speculation based on nothing then the video and its author would beliable to both Dr Casey & the uni......theres a fine line but it can be dealt with in cases where someone wants to make a wide public disclosure of someone or something etc, etc.......incidentaly, the bristol uni told the author to remove that video, as a response the author generated many more of the same, there was no liable involved, only a statement of fact.....posted as an example sample of a google search for dr rachel casey, click any video.
