Hi guys, the owner of the stud dog I'm using has mentioned to me about the Herpesvirus vaccine. What are your experiences and would you recommend I get my girl vaccinated? My girl is a medium size breed. Thanks for your help?

I have and always will get my girls vaccinated for herpes the stud owner advised correctly as I would when a bitch visits me :)

Same as pennyfields--not worth taking any risks with the health of the litter and I didn't notice any adverse effects as far as my bitch was concerned. From memory I think each vaccination cost around £52.

You want to get the 1st vaccination no longer than 7 days after final mating the second around 2 weeks before due date :)
