The older she gets the more she seems to dislike being groomed. Her front legs and tail are the areas she dislikes most.
Is there a spray I can use to get through the knots easier ?

I have dogs with a natural double coat and even so find as they age they dislike being groomed for long, which is more of an issue during a moult, I think the skin  just gets more sensitive.
