HI
I had my bitch vaccinated for CHV,two good matings 400 mile round trip ( you get the gist ) she was scanned with 3/4 puppies, but scanner said they looked an odd shape, yesterday I took her to be scanned as she wasnt as big as i would expect with 3/4 pups and we could only find one puppy, thankfully this puppy had a good heartbeat and didnt appear to be huge.
So my question is would you still give the CHV vaccine for a singeton puppy, vet appt at 430 today HELP!!

Yes, because with just the one, it would be even worse if that pup got herpes and died after being born. Also I don't know about your vet but the CHV vaccine tends to come in doses of two and a lot of vets will only buy it in when requested, so will set both doses aside for the person who requested it.
