We have a beautiful Cavalier King Charles Spaniel dog called Harry who we would very much like to put to stud.
He is a 13 month old Blenheim with a good pedigree.
As we are 1st timers could someone please give us some help and advice in this matter.
As Harry is our pride and joy we would very much like to keep his line of pedigree going.

Have a look at this very good site from the American Kennel Club on Responsible Breeding.

Normally reputable breeders would not consider using a dog that had not done some winning against its peers at shows, and you would of course want to avoid the other sort. Contact your pups breeder for advice as to how good an example he is!
