I believe pups from 4 months can take part in a puppy walk out. I do not see this in the schedule although I have been to,d it is usually at mid-day between the dog and bitches. I have a few questions, do these take place at all shows open or championship and would I need to fill in an entry form and pay, not for show price.

Depends on the breed. Some breeds do them, many do not. Papillons do them as you describe at both open and champshows -small fee, entry in advance is needed, and of course they cannot be placed (KC rules).
