Can anyone clarify the optimum progesterone reading if using frozen semen

its not quite as simple as a numerical value ....it depends on the previous couple of days results

They aim to inseminate 3 days after ovulation.

The key is pin pointing approx LH surge and ovulation, my Inseminations have been 2 and  4 days after ovulation for TCI AI. The surgicals were day three after ovulation
