having lot of issues with people throwing their poo bags in mu front gardern i have spent lot of money and time planting plantes and doing my front garden up getting so fed up with people lack of respect for my gardern
i have enough to do with picking up my own dogs mess
i really want to report it but not sure if its council or police i report it to i have put notice up but it got ripped down also thought about putting dummy ctv up so fed up grrrrrr

Keep watch to be sure you know who is guilty.  Follow them home, and once they have entered their house,,,,   undo poo bag and empty through their letter box.

It's not just gardens now with the ooh pick poo up but dump the poo bag disease. Woods, common all seem now to have discarded full poo bags!  If you can pick it up then use the poo bins or take it home .

Contact the council and ask for poo bins to be put up nearby.

Similar round here too. I have begun to collect full bags from bushes and hedges and the sides of paths and bin them with my own. The sad fact is, if I don't, nobody else will. So I just get on with it.

I would get actual CCTV, not just dummy.  Then you'll have evidence to give to the council and they might be able to do something about it in terms of catching people.  Not a guarantee of course, but potential.  Plus, knowing they are on camera is a deterrant for a lot of people.

their is poo bin just along the road from my house the lane next to my house is full of dog poo bags its really disgusting people have no manners or respect having look at ctv over week and will get my uncle to put it up for me
if i find out how it is ill take my three boys aling to their gardern and get boys to poo all over it

I thought I was the only person that would've done that!!!!  I feel better knowing someone else has done it

It would not be the first time & wont be the last, you could heighten the impact by putting some rubber golves & getting a few poo bags out of a park dog mess only bin & dumping the, through, you could also send some through the post if you find their addy & devising an envelope which would get their without 'spilling the beans'! Those & other similar means work well from what I have been told & why stop at dog wast, put up with a some moments of discomfort & use your own human wast.....if you find all that outside your personal tolerance levels then I think I might put myself up for hire.........its got quite a job satisfaction appeal!

This tit for tat behaviour some of you are aaying to do is just wrong. It makes you no better than those who are doing what they are in fact it makes you worse because your actions are vindictive.
Get CCTV, call the council, the police. Follow them if you so wish and get their address, maybe even speak to them in a 'decent' manner but above all stay within the law and uphold your dignity.
I'm appalled that anyone would dump full bags in another gardens but the response actions some of you are saying to do are absolutely disgusting and you too would be committing offences.

What has te world become???
