We have a beautiful 6mth Westie Puppy and stupidly thought I could combine her care with that of a 2yr old and work. It is not a good combination and I have to hold up my hands and say we made a mistake. I want to find a really good home for her and wondered if anyone knew where I could start?

Your first port of call should be the breeder. If they are a reputable breeder they will take her back and find her a good home to go to. If she was bought from a less reliable surce thenyou will need to contact your local rescue centre or find the rescue for West Highland Whites nearest to you.
I am so sorry it has not worked out but far better to admit it while the dog is still very young and before and real harm occurs. I wish you luck in rehoming her.
Sorry can't be of more help.

Hi Guest
There is a lady on here..who has a message on the ' searching ' board..she is looking for a westie pup..might be worth contacting her or leaving her a message :)
Also if you go on the canine lifestyle web site there is a dogs offered board where possible new owners can contact you directly.
Good luck
