I wormed my bitch from day 40 of pregnancy, until 2 days after puppies were born. It says on the carton to worm the puppies at 2 weeks, 5 weeks, and again before leaving the breeder's premises. I know you have to worm them for daily 3 consecutive days, so my question is... once the puppies are 8 weeks old and I worm them, how are they going to be wormed the next 2 days (as they'll already be in their new homes)?

For that reason I do mine at 3 weeks and 7 weeks. 

As Mum ahs been done I feel the [pups can wait to three weeks quite happily, and they will then be starting on solids and less likely to be poorly if they have a reaction.

I then advise that they are next wormed at 11 weeks so avoiding the likelihood of being done at the same time as vaccination

Whatever their vet prescribes either the Panacur, Milbemax or Drontal puppy etc

Just one reason for why I don't like Panacur. I use Drontal Puppy suspension which is just one dose each time.

Yes, I was really tempted to change them over to Drontal Puppy suspension, but I didn't want to risk any upsets as mum had been wormed on Panacur since pregnancy. On the other hand though, mum can be wormed on Panacur when pups are, but mum can't be wormed on the Drontal Puppy suspension.
