My dog is due in season in feb and last week or so ive noticed she is humping the other girls quite a lot and yesterday i noticed her vulva was looking a little bit swollen and softer than usual.Today i tickled the top of her tail and immediately her tail went to the side, would she do that if she wasnt in season? We are taking her to get blood tested anyway but just wondered if she would flag when not in season,my other girls dont. Thanks

My spayed bitch will flag at the slightest tail tickle, so not a reliable sign.

My boy flags if I tickle his root of tail. You shul see him if I get the blaster near his bottom! !!

Lol so i shouldnt take her flagging seriously yet then
