I'm hoping to do a few shows in Southern Ireland, I've downloaded my registration form, but it needs all the reg numbers of all the Grandparents and  G Grandparents, has any of you filled one in before and where would I find all those reg numbers.

If you have a KC 3 or 5 generation pedigree certificate they should be on there.  If you don't have that you will need to ask the KC.

I sent them a copy of my 5 gen pedigree.
