Is anyone else a member of this? I have just received their latest mailing and all the money off voucers bar one are for cat food. I no longer have a cat so they are useless to me. Do other people get vouchers off dog food? is there somewhere I need to change what animals I have?

Online. When you registered it would have asked you what pets you have and gives you vouchers accordingly. If you change it on there you should get dog food vouchers :)

The ones in the magazine are generic ones and the ones dog specific are of no use to me. The cards must register what you purchase as with supermarket cards so it all seems pointless to me. I'd much rather they did the points system like tesco and generate money off instead. Pointless waste of paper and postage.

Have been a member since it began and have only used 2 free coupons. I find they are generally more expensive and I shop there less and less. We use the vets and so sometimes pick up the glo balls but thats all.

I gained some nice money-off vouchers through this scheme.  However, they required a minimum spend and no one store within travelling distance of my home was able to supply everything I needed (dog food, cat food and cat litter) so I never did get to use them.  I no longer use my VIP card now as for me it´s not worth the paper it´s written on.

Been a member for a long time and always put my purchases on it and never had any money off vouchers

I get money off vouchers fairly regularly. Some are general ones and for various types of pet but yesterday I spent the £4 off when spend £40 and as JWB was 2x3kg bags for £20 I got 6 for £36. I also use their own brand of food (vary between it and JWB at the mo). Some of the vouchers are no use to me but they just go in the recycling. If you don't buy the food they sell in store then I guess it is pointless being a member.
They also have vouchers in the free magazine so I look through this too before purchasing anything
