Topic Other Boards / Foo / Colour laser wifi printer recommendations

Want to upgrade to a colour laser printer but wifi and preferably AirPrint just to make everything easy with all my apple stuff.
Have done some research but getting confused on what's good and some are just too expensive.
It's only for home use and small business use but fed up of cost of inkjet cartridges that don't last very long and work out expensive.
Anyone got some recommendations??
Thank you

Have you though about refilling cartridges, or the generic refilled ones?

If you have the right printer, a continuous ink system may be preferable to buying a new printer, or something to consider when looking at new printers?

Of course, you'l want to check them out first, but it could be the way to go ;-)

We upgraded to a laser printer in May, as we were about to do a lot of printing and knew our little inkjet wasn't going to be able to keep up with demands. After much research, we invested in the Dell C1765NFW. I set the printer, and the wireless up without any issues, just by following the step-by-step guide (without the need to install the cd). It's been working without any problems since then. I had to phone dell up once for technical support and they were so helpful! So far, I'm really pleased with it :)

I also bought the Dell laser printer - really pleased with it.  Ink seems to be lasting well and so nice to be able to print from my armchair....

Printing from the armchair sounds perfect!
Compatible with Apple stuff?
I have seen the Dell ones & they seem to get good reviews.
Does that model have scan & copying functions?

Not sure about Apple but yes, scan, copy and fax!!
