I am about to worm my 3 week old puppies. How long does it take Drontal puppy syrup to go through the system to show a 'result'?

Not sure if it is best to give in the morning or at night as I want to see poo before mum gets to it if possible.

I use Drontal puppy and I worm the bitch with Drontal at time of mating but not when pregnant. I have never seen worms in puppy poos when using Drontal.

Thanks Marianne. I wormed her with drontal at time of mating but declined to use panacure during pregnancy. With differing opinions 're:going the panacure route just wondered if I could expect puppies to have visible worms, and also would prefer to clear up myself rather than mum do it.

Just wondered how long it took to go through puppies system, also in case they get a bit of tummy upset. Would prefer to deal with it during the day rather than during the night hence wondering if should give first thing in the morning or last thing at night.
