Just recently I've had a few coincidences (or are they)?

I was talking to my hairdresser about a mutual acquaintance saying I hadn't seen one of her dogs around at shows. The next day the owner posted that the dog (who wasn't old) had been pts.

Yesterday I was at a family lunch and my brother said his last trip back from Cornwall was bad as it rained the whole journey. I said the same had happened to me on my return journey from North Wales to use a stud dog and my wipers had been going full pelt for the whole four hours. I haven't seen the dog or owner now for 2 years.  When I got home I'd had an email to say this dog had died about the same time I was having this conversation.

On the way home we had to detour because a road was closed and passed the house of someone who I hadn't heard from for a while. Today she rang me.

Am I psychic, psychotic or over analysing things? It just so happens that I'm going to a psychic night tonight so I might find out LOL!

I dont know but it happens to me a lot. I run a grooming business and have a lot of customers. very often I only have to think of a customer and they ring me for an appointment. Im the same with my DH. Many I time I just decide to ring him about something and the phone goes and it is him.

Also sometimes it just occurs to me that a customer wont be able to keep their appointment for some reason and then they ring to cancel :(. must stop thinking that.

Yes, I groom & that happens to me as well. I try not to think of the dogs I don't want back!

Lol!  Yes, that happens to me too!!

My friends & family often ask whether I can predict the winning lotto numbers for them, lol!

Those kind of things happen to my a lot as well! My grandmother always swore that the women in her family were psychic. The night she passed none of us could rest easy (my mother and aunt had slept round hers), eventually everyone fell and at around 3:30 everyone woke up (including my older male cousin and he's wife who lives in Norfolk, we are in Leicestershire). The exact time she passed.

A couple a days after her funeral I was washing my car and was thinking of her, the car radio then switched itself on and played her funeral song, Barry White's my first, my last, my everything. Whilst wiping a tear away a butterfly landed on my finger and wouldn't move. One of the first words she taught me apparently was butterfly, except it came out Buppichi!

I like to think it was a sign.

I can predict phone calls, I'm rather good at picking horses at the races! I've seen a few ghosts and I can usually tell when someone is pregnant and the sex of the baby!

Really freaks out my other half! Have recently been having dreams about winning the lottery so might give it a go ;)

Well the psychic evening was a damp squib unless you wanted to book one personally for £35. That I didn't forsee!

wolfiestruppi, no your evening wasn't wasted because if you hadn't posted on here about it my memory wouldn't have been jogged.   Over the years I've seen a handful of good psychics and it's been 4 or 5 years since I've had a reading so I've just dropped a note into the psychics door asking her to contact me to arrange an appointment.  In those years someone/somewhere has told me to go but other happenings get in the way.
I'm not pyschic as such but my husband and I have seen 'shadows' 'ghosts' whatever.  We've had more luck than Yvette Fielding and Most Haunted.

I think of the phone calls and they happen, for example I pick up my mobile to see if my sisters called or text and it comes in as I pick it up....it can happen with more people than my sister too.

I can predict the sex of an unborn baby during the Mums pregnancy and almost always get it right .... Rubbish with horses or the lottery worse luck!!

Today I returned the call of the person whose house I drove past and we got chatting about our last litters (different breeds). Turns out we've had almost exactly the same experience with a puppy owner and taking the puppy back. First time for both of us. I still think this is a bit weird there are so many coincidences in life!

Must admit, I love a good coincidence. A few years ago I seemed to have a year of coincidences, two that stood out still make me smile.

We were having a holiday on a campsite near Newport in South Wales. We fancied lunch out so we randomly chose a pub whilst we were driving down a country lane, our criteria being it should look nice and welcoming. When we went in there was only a few people there and we fell into conversation with a man aged about 65, we were in our early 60's then. It was obvious by his accent that he wasn't a local and told us he was originally from Gloucestershire which we are from. As men do, my OH and he started talking about pubs they knew in our home county, when this chap mentioned that he was bought up in a pub his parents used to run. I recognised the name of the pub, asked the chap his name and that was when I discovered that I had gone out with his brother in my late teens!

Second odd coincidence occurred when we were on our way to Ipswich to attend my BIL's funeral. Our daughter lives in London and she was going to meet up with her cousins at Leighton Buzzard and go with them to the funeral. About half way to Ipswich (about a five hour journey for us) FIL asked if we could stop at a cafe for a pit stop. Who should be in the cafe, but our daughter with the cousins having a break in their journey.

Since then coincidences have been rather thin on the ground.

The time we ran into one of the bellringers from a local church while on an eclipse holiday to Zimbabwe was a bit startling!

We were camping in Wales in what I think then was a dry county (alcohol not weather) so for entertainment one evening we found a village hall where a play was being performed. One of the actors was my OH cousin.

Years ago my OH of the time was from New Zealand and as his visa was running out I decided to go to NZ with him.

We stopped off at Ko Pha Ngan, a tiny remote island in the Gulf of Thailand, after a couple of weeks we were walking down the beach when we bumped into the guy who ran our local off license back in London. We hung out for a few days and then went our separate ways, him to Australia and us to NZ.

A month later we were walking down the main street in Auckland, NZ and who should we bump into but this same guy, he'd finished in Australia and thought why not try NZ. It was a bit freaky.

I think you're just over analyzing things.
