Topic Dog Boards / Feeding / yeast infection/diet

I've a border terrier who keeps getting ear infections and has been to the vets numerous times whereby she's given various medication which clears everything up but then it returns again.
She also chews at her toes and has soreness between her pads, the vets have just said its an "infection" and no more.
After researching I think this could be a yeast infection?
So can anyone recommend a suitable diet?
I've read the yeast lives on sugar/carbohydrates?
I would appreciate anyone's experience on this please.
Thanks joelol

Simpsons Sensitive range is good (a choice of meats with potato) as is the pricier 80/20 range (80% meat/20% fruit and veg)

One of my dogs had been suffering with a re-occurring stinky yeast infection in her ears for the 1st half of this year, a couple of trips to the vets for drops etc didn't seem to be doing the trick so started raw feeding in May & it's all cleared up :-)
