quick question:  I'm buying someone a present and need to get the money (@ $65) over to America.  They will take credit cards over the phone/text/email or money order by snail mail.
Which would be the best, safest way?

I'd pay for something via credit card or PayPal only, at least you have some comeback if it goes wrong

I originally set up Paypal years ago to pay for US breed periodicals, it is the best way to go.

I've bought numerous items online from the US, Paypal all the way.
