About the event:
The National Animal Welfare Trust (NAWT) is hosting a
FREE evening webinar on 16th July (7-8pm) for dog owners wanting to know more about how the changes to the Dangerous Dogs Act affect them.
Since changes to the law came into force on May 13th, NAWT has received many questions and comments from dog owners wanting to know more about the Act.
In response to this and in support of the
Royal Mail/CWU's Dog Awareness Week (30 June- 4 July), the NAWT's FREE webinar is your opportunity to find out more from legal and dog experts.
Topics being discussed:*How changes to the Dangerous Dogs Act affect all dog owners
*How to manage your dog when visitors come to your home
*What constitutes threatening behaviour
Your chance to ask questions to our panellists
As part of the webinar all dogs owners will have the opportunity to pose questions and ask specific queries they have relating to their own dogs to our panel of experts -
solicitor Trevor Cooper of
http://www.doglaw.co.uk and NAWT CEO and dog trainer Clare Williams.
If you'd like to know more about the
webinar then please contact Stephanie Kaufman at the NAWT HQ - 020 8950 0177 or email s.kaufman@nawt.org.uk.
