Just wondered what sort of events Breed Clubs put on throughout the year.(Apart from Shows and Working events)

It very much depends on the breed & how many breed clubs within that breed! My breed has 11 breed clubs throughout the country & some hold more things than others!!!

Google should throw up some answers :-)

My breed club (Flatcoated Retriever Scotland) have gundog training every third week, a calendar annually, made up from members photos, occasional health seminars, eye testing at some of their shows, and a Flattie Fun day in June every year. These are on top of a champ show in April and an open show in October. Oh nearly forgot, there are two newsletters issued yearly with reports from AGM, health committee and rescue contained in them.

The Bernese Club Of GB do a whole host of different events.
The Rottweiler club do a few things too.

There are the serious(ish) scurries, and obedience with a bit of search squares before the six legged races and any other race you can think of as long as there is a dog connected to you. There are winners but most of all it is a gathering of like minded people and their dogs having fun.
