This collie pup has a bright pink nose.  May change, may not?  If I had this puppy how would I treat the nose in hot weather, for example?  I was told by a collie breeder many years ago that it is a 'condition'.

How old is the puppy & what colour is it ? Is this a puppy you are thinking of buying ?

3 months.   Black & white.

It could go black, lots of BC puppies are born with pink noses which gradually go black(or blue etc depending on the coat colour)some usually in the merles don't fully colour up.

Is this a puppy you are thinking of buying ?

No.  My daughter has already bought it.  Didn't say anything to her because I didn't want to start an issue.

I wouldn't worry too much if you look on the link, all the puppies in that litter ended up with black noses

More than likely it will fill in but I would take care in hot sunshine and use something like this if they are going to be out and about
