My Border collie is not him self today not wanting his food,not keen on going out just wants to lie down and sleep even then hes a bit restless.Could it be the hot weather causing this.He has shown signs of his normal behaviour being misschivous etc just a bit worried any help gretefuly recived

It could be the heat yes, it does knock a lot of dogs out a bit.  How is he today?
