I am a bit confused. I always have Dopram V to hand just in case of any problems, although, thankfully, have never needed to use it. I have just ordered some. Not sure if I should say where from. Its just that last time (two years ago) when the product arrived, it was protected by a foil covering and I was told to keep it refrigerated. My order arrived this morning and it just came via the normal post. Just loose in the envelope. A print out inside which is titled "Advice on products with special storage conditions" states that "most domestic refrigerators are much too cold for storage of these products and temperatures especially during the night may drop below 0C" I am confused and now unsure where to store it.

I too have ordered some today. From one site is was free postage and would come in normal post, from another site it came with the instruction "Please note this is a fridge line and we will send via Special Delivery", obviously at additional cost. I ordered from the 2nd site and have paid the £5.95 delivery fee. I know last time I ordered it it came in normal post from the 1st site, but like you I have never used it so have no idea if the length of time it's not refrigerated makes a difference. I also stored it in the fridge.

Be interesting to see what others say.

thank-you both for that. Well I am sure when I read the blurb on the site that it said that someone would have to be in to take receipt of the stuff because of the way it had to be handled. Thank you for the link. Looks like it will go in the fridge then. The notice that came with it seems to be one that covers a lot of different things. Mentions insulins and vaccines. I will put it in the fridge. Thank-you again.

Mmm, it seems very odd. Both extremes. Need to talk to the supplier when I get a mo!! A bit late now as mine is just shoved in the fridge, just in its box, as it arrived. but would like to know for future. Thank-you for your help.
