If both parents are Clear of Cystinuria then my understanding is that all progeny are also clear. However, if I am understanding correctly you are still required to have the progeny tested to be entered on KC records. ??

If both parents are dna tested then I would have thought that the progeny would show up as hereditarily clear on the kc docs. Thats how it works in one of my breeds for a different condition which can be dna tested for.

The KC list "Hereditary Clear" results for this condition.
