Won't the KC just remove the win when the realise a dog hasn't passed their Good Citizen test anyway? Not every breed sees it as a joke class either. There have been +20 entered in it in Flatcoats the last couple of years and it's been a strong class in terms of quality.
America doesn't have a Good Citizen class, but CGC (Canine Good Citizen) isn't recognised as an official title and isn't supposed to be listed after the dog's registered name. American Bred is the "joke" class in the US, but even that class usually has a strong entry at bigger shows. Again, no way to prove it on the day necessarily but the AKC would revoke the win if the dog wasn't actually eligible.
