Hi Barabra ...as you have registered , you don't have to post in the visitors questiosn section ...it is for guest who would like to ask one question without going through the hassle of registering.

As to your question ...on your options page , you are given the option of receiving notification (emails) for any replies to your posts. So you can enable that function ...the same with new posts.

You can play around with it and tick different boxes and see what the results are :) I have mine disabled ..not sure if thats any use to you or not :)

Don't forget to scroll to the very bottom of the page and click on change to apply what you've ticked!:)
