Notonthehighstreet.com have lots of beautiful things that can be personalised-after a quick search there is a 3d card that you could easily add a small model of your chosen breed to http://www.notonthehighstreet.com/karriebarroncards/product/personalised-study-scene-3-d-greeting-card ...but then I noticed how expensive it was! How crafty are you-could you make something similar yourself?
