My bichon pup seems to get mad not long before needing a poop he usually either runs round barking and growling biting at peoples clothes feet etc or just bites us in general and then not long afterwards goes to poop!! Bit odd has anyone had or heard of this?

Post Poo is the best - of course they run around faster - they're lighter!

The old girl we lost last year used to spin in circles so fast it used to make me dizzy just watching LOL and it had to be 'just the right spot' too. Didn't matter if she was in a field or the garden, apparently the spinning was very very important :-D
And yes, afterwards was cue for lots of racing about :-D
In my breed, they get downright aggressive when they need to empty their bowels, especially as pups. They are very large dogs and the "poo bites" often leave bruises.
