we have 12 days until D-day and for a fair few nights now when we get up in the morning she has pooped in the passage, sometimes a few times. its not soft... and shes let in the garden just before we go to bed and also about 10 times before that after her afternoon stroll.... anybody else have this issue?

I did in my litter I have now although not had it happen before. Not helped by the fact my nearly 13 year old also has control problems and so I could not say which it was! Mine has not done it since givng birth but because I am feeding her so much she does sometimes have to rush to the door as she is a bit deperate.

yes i too thought it was with all the feeding then it suddenly decides at 3am its coming out

Yes mine was like this, just the quantity of food along with the lack of space.  I put puppy training pads down and she used them if she couldn't wait.
