Can anyone recommend a vet in the south east for hip scoring that does it under GA (NOT sedation) and doesn't cost the earth?!

outofinterest why would you prefer ga?any vet will do it for you but if you want ga its that that costs the most im afraid...

The lady who does it is in the south called Marylyn, the service is relatively cheap but she is very very good, she keeps the dogs awake when she does it and she can tell you if the plates look good or not. Me and a few friends use her to do our Bullmastiffs, I'll have to search for her number.

triona, they are looking for a vet who does it under GA, Marylin uses sedation :)

There is a vet near Guildford who a lot use, Cathcart and something, its something like thag anyway.

They use both GA and Sedation.

I know GA will cost more but don't particularly want her done under sedation as last time the sedation didn't even touch my dog and she was so tense at being held on her back.
