I knew Beagles were smart given the right motivation, but that literally takes the Biscuit .

Love the way she worked out that she needed to move the chair to be able to get onto the worktop and actually moving it was pretty impressive :-)

I thought the puppy I sold to someone was smart.
She moves chairs to get to things and turns heaters on when she's chilly but this is very impressive.

I live with a beagle, not one bit surprised at this behaviour.

I'm only surprised that she got caught by the video.

Jean - I watched that a couple of weeks ago. I was the same, then spent ages searching for the rescue centre too see whether he got rehomed.
