can anyone help me pair my nano with the my c class 2012 mercedes? both have bluetooth but the car won't recognise the nano, it picks up my iPhone 4s no trouble to use the handsfree and somehow it played the music from my phone via the usb cable, but i cannot figure out how to get the nano to work.

Funnily enough I've got a new C class and it paired with my iPhone 4 no problem.
Just upgraded to a 5 and it will not find it.

Turn on Bluetooth from SETTINGS...tick.
Then I'd try
Up to TELEPHONE....UPDATE.....if your phones Bluetooth is visible then it should search and pair....mine won't!

Ill pop into Merc and get them to do it I think :-)

Pain the neck this technology, they make it sound so easy to do. Madness that my phone works but iPod won't. Might ring the dealer tomorrow.
