Got Stinky's test results and she has an abnormally high level of Cortisol (sp??) at rest. Which is an indicator of Cushings Disease, but she has no other symptoms.

So the vet was right in that there is a problem with her adrenal glands and her production of steroids, just not what she thought was wrong.

We're on a watching brief at the moment. Any change in her condition and she's back to the vet.

Cushings is almost a direct oppersite of Addisons! One is Hypoadrenocorticism and the other is Hyperadrenocorticism!!! So the vet was in the right area.

Best wishes, John
