Go via the breed club and make sure both parents are at least 2 ½ years old and all four grandparents at least 5 and all of these still heart clear, also MRI scanned. There are an awful lot of bad Cavalier breeders out there so be prepared to wait for the right pup from fully health tested parents and grandparents! http://www.thecavalierclub.co.uk/
