I am trying to find the old posts I have written about my daughters care. the main history only goes back 180 days but a lot of the posts are older than that. I have tried using the search facility at the bottom but because my user name is Newyork it brings up hundreds of adverts for New York and not my posts. Does anyone know how I can find them?
Is it possible to change my user name? and if so will it change on my old posts?

Try the Search at the top - just under where is says Welcome and your name. :)

I have but even if you change the number of days to more than 180 it changes back and some of the posts I want to find are a year old.

Using the search at the bottom don't use your username but the topic

Use the Google site search at the bottom of the page.  I put in Newyork daughter hospital and found a whole bunch of your old posts about her.  By the way you have to scroll down past all the adverts.  HTH :)

Do you know which category you posted it in? you can go on the category and pick which page ( out of hundreds ) to look at - it goes right back to 2001 ;-)
