After the awful week I have had I nearly did not go to Birmingham today...but the 5am start was worth it. Rioja won her MPB class with her sister Florrie second, her brother Taitti won MPD and then best puppy dog, and Vino had a very well earned 3rd in open. A great start to their showing careers !!
Cheered me up a bit to think Merlot's Grandchildren are upholding her pazazz....

Congrats! I didn't get anything in puppy as judge seemed to favour the smaller type, then another dog spooked my puppy just before we went into the AV ring. Great to see a Papillon in the BIS lineup though!

I'm sure we'll do better at Richmond on Friday however!
