Hello, I am hoping to have my first litter soon, but have encountered a few problems... I live in Spain with an affix registered with the RSCE, my dog is Spanish and registered in the LOE, but my bitch is French and registered in the LOF. Ideally I would like the puppies to be registerd in the LOE. I have emailed the RSCE and they've told me to get an export pedigree for the bitch to transfer her to the LOE. I emailed the SCC, but I think they're all on holiday or something because I've not had any response! I'm starting to panic now, as i know these things take time! Does anyone know where I can find the export pedigree form for the SCC? Failing that does anyone know whether I'd be able to register the puppies in the LOF? My parents live in France and we co-own the bitch, so it wouldn't be dishonest... Would my affix still be valid as it's registered with the RSCE or is it a general FCI thing??? sorry for so many questions!!!

If Spain is anything like Italy you will not get any response in August....when September arrives ,life goes back to normal.
When  my dog was terribly ill all biopsies  and tests had to be sent to French laboratories...why? Well it was August ,one month holiday period in Italy.... I bet it is the same in Spain.

Thanks for your reply - Spain is ok, it's France that aren't responding... I think it must be an August thing for them too! I might try asking the Spanish kennel club (RSCE) if they have the French forms :/
I don't speak either language very well, which make it all the more difficult!
