My frenchie has 2 areas of red skin i have noticed, identical areas, on what would be our inner elbow. At first i thought it was a spot, but upon further investigation the skin cells are odd slightly thickened and raised abit flaky. and in between the skin cells are bits of orange. very small orange bits, is this fungal? anyone know what it is? we were going to vets 2mro but cancelled it in favour of a cheaper quote else where. but got to wait til next month. it doesnt bother her.
