I booked a dog sitter (My usuall one has given up :-( ) Came well recommended and on first 2 visits meet and greet was great. Now she has been taken ill so I found another one on personal recommendation who has turned out to be a waste of space. I have my holiday booked and paid for now and no sitter. Anyone any ideas Somerset area?

Is this someone to come to your house? I can recommend a lovely lady who has my two at her house in Devon.

I think we are sorted. Had a lovely lad come last night for a meet and greet, the girls loved him and I was impressed with his references (Recommended by friends) He seems to be  well informed and has all the right insurances and his manner is very good. He is coming for the next 3 weeks twice a week to walk with me and the girls and get to know them better. Fingers crossed he will turn out to be just what I need, and the bonus is he lives 10 mins away from me too.

That sounds ideal. Coming out on two walks a week for the next three weeks definitely shows his seriousness. Hope sll works out well for you :)
