I shall be taking whispa to the vet tomorrow but over the last couple of weeks I noticed Whispa (gsd) had a bit of lip  edge sticking out on oneside when he had his mouth shut. On checking it was a bit scabby and deffinitely different to the other although it didnt appear sore or cut. Now the scabby area is bigger about 3/4inch still drooping and I have now seen he has the beginnings of a few spots around his nose and one nostril is slightly gunky mucus. I have seen the spots before and indeed the vet gave antibiotics as they got worse but never the two other symptoms
In all other ways he is quite normal well except a small hotspot on his paw which I imagine is just a coincidence of timing

Grass seed up the nose??
