Hello everybody, I was wondering if you could help me. I have a male flatcoat retriever and I was wondering if anybody knows how to get him on the stud dog list, or something like this. please could somebody give me details aboutevrything to do with getting started and the age my dog has to be and the stud fee etc.

Hello Guest , first of all you need to make sure that your dog is an OUTSTANDING example of his breed , there are a lot of flatcoats being bred and only the top dogs will be used for stud.

Then you need to make sure that he has had all the relevant health checks (hips , eyes etc)

Then , people who see him at shows will be able to contact you for use as a stud dog
