If it wasn't for my dogs then I'd have no social life. My social life consists of dog shows and training classes!!

It was a while ago Becky! Now retired!
Yes it was hard work, but we didn't have an awful lot of money and didn't go out much, our lives revolved round the dog really, making sure he was well fed and watered and exercised. He was a great companion and we still talk about him now over 36 years later.

I am happy to say that I have acquired a part time job working 5 hours a day four days a week so I think I am now in a better position to get a dog.  I am thinking of fostering labradors for a while until I can afford one of my own as they cover the cost of food and medical bills.  I will definitely be getting one in time though
