There's a tight mesh and nylon coat that is often used after a groom for cockers then taken off before they show . Can anyone give me the website or telephone number of the lady that makes them ( its not the shine on coat ) .

No thats not the one .These are made by a lady in the uk and they are shiney satin and holey mesh type material . She does lots of colours  .
