What would make a dog bark in the car on the way home? Its not constant, just on and off. Its always at the same spots. He can travel for any length of time, even up to a good few hours without any barking, but once he gets near the house it always happens.

He does like going out in the car, as he looks to go. It makes no difference if he's in a pet carrier or on the seat in a harness.

Any ideas?
